Return Exchange Agenda
Ø When a client receives a product and delivery is complete,
he/she has 3days to exchange size
inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
Ø The Faulty item might be returned to ZARHAN CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM within 3 Days of delivery. Upon
consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if
any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.
Ø In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she
receives a faulty or damaged item from ZARHAN,
it shall be forwarded to online credit where they will be able to choose a
similar product in the same/higher price range.
Ø Any product /products purchasing from Online, will be exchange only from Online,
Ø Once an
order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Ø If the quality of the product is compromised or
discoloration happens within 7Days of
delivery, the customer must notify the customer service team.
Ø Any Exchange issue must
be solved under 7Days duration from the date of delivery. After that time
period none party would be able to place any request for exchange.
Ø Every client must be informed to check the status of the
product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service
provider.
Ø Every customer must be encouraged about on spot return if
they find a faulty item or size issue.
Discount Sales

Exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for any
discounted products. Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged,
returned or refunded.
